Who Knew? Frenulum of the Lip.

Yeah, that's what you call the membrane connecting your upper lip to your gum.  A little bit of information I wouldn't know if G hadn't torn hers.  It should heal on it's own and won't require medical treatment.  I guess her lip injuries were just a warm-up for today's Marley moment.  She was outside playing with her dad (since it's 40 degrees out today) and hit herself in the face with a shovel.  Right on the side of her eye, but it didn't break the skin.  She'll just have ANOTHER pretty black and blue eye.  So no stitches in our house...yet.
