Irelynn @ 6 months

UPDATE: Irelynn had her 6 month well baby visit of Friday. She is weighing in at 14 pounds and she's 26 1/2 inches long. 50% for height, 25% for weight, and 25% for head circumference

Tomorrow, our baby girl will be 6 months old already. I'm not sure how half of a year has passed us by, but I think it must have something to do with all the sleepless nights. Irelynn gave us a run for our money her first few months, but now she's doing great. She eats well, sleeps well, and is growing well. It's so cute to watch her face light up when she sees her sisters, and she is finally showing interest in the dog...he's not so sure that's a good thing. She loves solid food, playing in the Jumperoo, and (now that she's a good roller) sleeping on her tummy. She's a week into the second cold she's had, and she's being a good sport about it. She grabs any and everything that comes within her reach, and is showing signs of trying to crawl. So, no doubt, the second she's mobile, she'll be into everything. She chews a lot, so I'm always on the look out for a tooth, but nothing yet! Ire is a very happy, smiley baby, and a complete joy!
